3. Products and Prices: We try to make sure all product descriptions, images and prices are correct. However, small differences in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings. All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK taxes where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders we have already accepted.

4. Ordering and Payment: Your order is an offer to buy products from us. We accept your order when we send you an order confirmation email. Payment must be made at the time of ordering, using the payment methods shown at checkout. If we cannot accept your order (for example, if a product is out of stock or there is a pricing error), we will cancel the order and refund any payment taken.

5. Shipping and Delivery: We currently ship to UK addresses only. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by delivery services or events outside our control, but we will do our best to keep you updated. Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the delivery address you gave us. Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment.

6. Returns and Refunds: Your legal rights are explained in our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law. 9. Limitation of Liability: We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for: - any loss that is not caused by our breach or negligence - any business losses (including loss of profit, revenue, or data) Our website and products are provided for personal, non‑business use only.

10. Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you placed the order. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when we last changed these Terms.

Returns & Refunds

1. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days of receiving it. Email: sliceoftokyoteam@gmail.com Please include: - Your name - Order number - Details of the problem - Clear photos of the item and the packaging (if damaged in transit). Once we have reviewed your request, we will let you know the next steps. Where appropriate, we may offer:- A replacement item, or - A refund to your original payment method. We may ask you to return the item to us. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.

2. Change of Mind: At this time, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or unwanted items, unless required by law. Your statutory rights are not affected. In some situations, UK law may give you cancellation rights for online purchases. If this applies, we will follow the law even if it is more generous than this policy.

3. Condition of Returned Items: If we ask you to return an item, please:- Pack it securely, ideally in the original packaging - Include your name, order number and contact details. We may reduce or refuse a refund if the item has been used more than necessary to check it, or if it has been damaged by you.
